Your order for Products will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation note. If no delivery date is specified, we will endeavour to advise as accurate a delivery date as we are able given the reason for delay. Please note that during busy periods or where office hours are reduced following government advice, delivery may take up to 5 working days.
All products ordered will be dispatched on that day for delivery in 3-5 working days provided the order is placed prior to the 1pm deadline. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday) and delivered in 3-5 working days.
Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. Unfortunately, products that have been ordered in error or have arrived damaged cannot be accepted for return in line with current Covid-19 government guidelines. We will consider each case on an individual basis with regard to potential refunds. Products which are damaged in transit must be advised to us by email within 3 working days of delivery including a full description of the alleged damage and photographs of the same.
Should you wish to request a refund because you have ordered in error, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. The decision to refund is at our discretion. If a refund is authorised, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of delivery to you. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is borne by you.
If you return a product to us after government restrictions are lifted, for any other reason (eg a claim that a product is faulty or defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our decision to grant or decline your refund via e-mail. Our aim is to complete the refund within 30 days of receipt and inspection. Following receipt and inspection / testing, we will confirm the status of your claim, ie accepted or rejected. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full if the claim is found to be legitimate. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the products back to us by 1st class post. If you choose to send them on a recorded delivery or similar premium delivery service, the extra costs of that will be borne by you.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
