Your order for Products will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation note. If no delivery date is specified, we will endeavour to advise as accurate a delivery date as we are able given the reason for delay.
All products ordered with ‘Next Day Delivery’ will be dispatched on that day for delivery the next working day provided the order is placed prior to the 1pm deadline. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).
Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. Products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in unmarked, undamaged, re-sellable condition. Products which are damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 3 working days of delivery.
Should you wish to return a product to us because you have ordered it in error, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. The decision to refund is at our discretion. If a refund is authoried, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of delivery to you. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is borne by you.
When you return a product to us for any other reason (eg a claim that a product is faulty or defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our decision to grant or decline your refund via e-mail. We will usually process a refund due to you as soon as possible. Our aim is to complete the refund within 30 days of receipt and inspection. Following receipt and inspection / testing, we will confirm the status of your claim, ie accepted or rejected. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full is the claim is found to be legitimate. We include a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the products back to us by 1st class post. If you choose to send them on a recorded delivery or similar premium delivery service, the extra costs of that will be borne by you.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
